The WebCrims Case Identifier Search allows anyone with a valid case number or summons number to pull up a concise record of a court proceeding. The system instantly displays the filing date, current status, parties involved, scheduled hearings, and, when available, excerpts from motions or orders.

WebCrims eTrack supports comprehensive monitoring of both civil & criminal court tracking across New York State. Users can follow cases in multiple courts, including NYC criminal courts, Supreme Court cases, and local civil courts, ensuring critical updates are always available.

Beyond convenience, the Webcrims eCourts system represents a strategic move toward a more open and efficient judicial environment. Launched in 2015, the platform now hosts over 9 million case records, allowing litigants to verify filing dates, view judgment summaries, and access docket sheets without visiting a clerk’s office.

WebCrims shows future dates for criminal court cases by searching by defendant's name or docket number, or get a list of calendared cases for a future date. WebCrims does not show Bench or Arrest Warrants, cases without a future court date, or finished cases.
