Probate Cases Certified Copies When ordering certified copies, fees and other service charges will apply. If you do not know the year/case number, an additional search fee of $2 per year, per name will be added for every year searched for all documents. The Probate Court can assist you in filing a small estates petition, will on deposit, or caveat. The Court can also help you petition to Baker Act a loved one (have a person taken to a receiving facility for a psychiatric examination).
