Your best chances at catching a wahoo from a San Diego sport boat would be going on a longer, 6-10 day trip in the late summer or Fall.

What is the most effective way to rig Nomad DTX 220 HD lurers for wahoo? I believe some prefer 175# multi-strand wire, about 4’ and others have shifted to 200# or 300# flourocarbon, again about 4‘. Which gets bit the best or does it really not...
