How long does it take for a new MLS for sale posting to hit the consumer sites - Zillow, realtor.com, etc.?

Trulia for me takes about 3 days to get my listing pulled in and Zillow is 24-48 hours. If you can't find them on other brokerage sites (through the IDX), then their brokerage may not have an IDX agreement to share listings.
