All of those site have no way to sustain a money making operation, except off the backs of local real estate professionals. If our costs include these sites, we will have to pass on these costs to the consumers.

Trulia for me takes about 3 days to get my listing pulled in and Zillow is 24-48 hours. If you can't find them on other brokerage sites (through the IDX), then their brokerage may not have an IDX agreement to share listings.
