Parks & Recreation Purpose The City of Blytheville’s Parks and Recreation Department’s purpose is to enrich the lives of its citizens. Recreational Options Walker, Williams, Cypress and Nelson Parks make up the City’s parks. Picnic facilities, playgrounds, tennis courts and basketball courts are available at most parks.
